From the five matches between Luton Town this season, we’ve just seen one match finish with any side maintaining a fresh sheet (a beat off at the solid Sheffield Wednesday).
It is evident the Hatters will dent and concede more in the forthcoming months, and we might be in for some action.
Rochdale’s fixture against Blackpool will be a toughie, but I believe they will make a fist of it — resulting in both teams scoring.
While Blackpool, though generally quite successful, have also observed both teams score at most fixtures since the launching day the Dale have scored and conceded in one game this year.
This might be a cracker.
At length, while maybe not the very sexy fixture on newspaper, I have Port and Grimsby Vale to score against every other.
Port Vale have witnessed every match end with both teams scoring so far in the campaign, although Grimsby have only failed to score while keeping only one blank sheet.
I do not expect fireworks, however Vale have seen the net against Colchester and Salford around the road–equally seen as potentially tough places to go at the start of the year –and that should set them up against a Grimsby outfit whose 2 home league matches so far have seen both teams score.
