Tyreek Hill had 87 catches last season and was fourth at the league with 12 touchdowns in 16 games and 1,479 receiving yards. In addition, he averaged 14.95 yards a touch, the highest speed in the NFL among players with 100 touches and he had been one of the greatest weapons in a Chiefs offense that led the league with 425.6 full yards per game.
The Chiefs have a powerful crime with Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Damien Williams, Darwin Thompson, LeSean McCoy, Sammy Watkins, Demarcus Robinson along with Mecole Hardman and if healthy, they’re Super Bowl contenders.
While Hill is readily the Chiefs’ biggest impact player outside of Patrick Mahomes, they didn’t fight against the Jaguars, since Mahomes completed 25 of 33 passes for 378 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75.8% of his passes and Sammy Watkins caught nine passes for 198 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Mahomes then finished 30 of 44 passes for 443 yards and four touchdowns against also this time and the Raiders Demarcus Robinson awakened, grabbing six passes for 172 yards and 2 touchdowns.
