Scotland suffered more Hampden misery by Belgium as a defeat made it four declines from six European Qualifiers.
Kevin De Bruyne set up first-half goals for Thomas Vermaelen Romelu Lukaku and Toby Alderweireld as Scotland were penalized for poor.
