“When I’ve got a responsibility still to the supporters [then] it is to attempt to ensure that when Prince Abdullah does turn into the genuine owner in the months and weeks ahead… true owner, that we do our utmost to guide him to make it a better club,” he added.
McCabe, who’s invested #100m at the club over a variety of decades, considers Blades director Chris Wilder will likely be”somewhat confused” by the possibility of the club under new ownership.
“I haven’t spoken to Chris as of yet,” that the 71-year-old said.
“I have made it because I would think he has got thinking to do so I’d think he would be somewhat perplexed. But Chris and I have been great friends and we’ve exchanged text messages”
