Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian has joined Serie A side Parma in a Student deal.
The 29-year-old was signed by former Old Trafford boss Louis van Gaal from Italian side Torino for a reported fee for #12.7m in July 2015.
The Italy international proceeded to make 92 appearances for the club, helping him.
However, he made just seven appearances for United last year and hasn’t featured at all that period.
Darmian had played with only 13 days for the club as December 2017 along with his contract was due to expire in 2020.
His move comes following while Romelu Lukaku along with forwards Alexis Sanchez both have united Inter Milan defender Chris Smalling made to join Roma on loan.
Together with all the Italian having said he was eager to move, united manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was willing to allow Darmian depart.
