Odds to Win the BMW Championship

Even the penultimate stop on the FedExCup playoffs gets underway this week at Medinah, Illinois at the BMW Championship. If it comes to chances lists, Brooks Koepka and Rory McIlroy are the +800 co-favorites to proceed all the way.
Koepka and McIlroy would be the +800 favorites in BetOnline, together with Jon Rahm (+1000), Dustin Johnson (+1400), Justin Rose (+1600), Justin Thomas (+1600), Patrick Cantlay (+2000), Webb Simpson (+2000), Patrick Reed (+2200) and Adam Scott (+2500) rounding out the top 10.
Just 30 spots are online for the Tour Championship at East Lake, so a strong performance at Medinah is critical. The last time reigning FedExCup champion Rose and 2016 winner McIlroy played the course was in the 2012 Ryder Cup — a triumph for Europe. The winner of the BMW Championship will receive 2,000 FedExCup points. No man has successfully defended his FedExCup title.
Last year in the championship Keegan Bradley pulled off an improbable hit to win for first time in more than five years when the event was held at Aronimink Golf Club in Newton Square, Pennsylvania. This was the very first time Bradley advanced to the Tour Championship because 2013. The American is a shot to return to back.
The program, a 7,657-yard par 72, has become a staple amongst American golf dating all of the way back into the 1920s. The track has hosted the Ryder Cup (2012), three U.S. Opens (1949, 1975 and 1990), 2 PGA Championships (1999, 2006) and also a lot of different events at the pre-PGA Tour era.
