The penultimate stop on the FedExCup playoffs gets underway this week at Medinah, Illinois in the BMW Championship. When it comes to chances lists, Brooks Koepka and Rory McIlroy will be the +800 co-favorites to go all the way.
Koepka and McIlroy will be the +800 favorites in BetOnline, with Jon Rahm (+1000), Dustin Johnson (+1400), Justin Rose (+1600), Justin Thomas (+1600), Patrick Cantlay (+2000), Webb Simpson (+2000), Patrick Reed (+2200) and Adam Scott (+2500) rounding out the top 10.
Only 30 spots are on the line for the Tour Championship at East Lake, thus a strong performance at Medinah is critical. The previous time reigning FedExCup winner Rose and 2016 winner McIlroy played the course was in the 2012 Ryder Cup — a victory for Europe. The winner of the BMW Championship will get 2,000 FedExCup points. No man has defended his FedExCup name.

The program, a 7,657-yard level 72, has been a staple amongst American golfing dating all the way back into the 1920s. The course has hosted the Ryder Cup (2012), three U.S. Opens (1949, 1975 and 1990), two PGA Championships (1999, 2006) and also a lot of other events at the pre-PGA Tour era.
