Phil Simmons was reappointed as West Indies head coach, three decades after he was controversially sacked in the place.
The 56-year-old former opening batsman previously held the role in 2015-16, together with all the Windies winning the ICC World T20 beneath Simmons before he was released because ofdifferences in culture and strategic approach.
