Scotland endured more Hampden misery by Belgium because a 4-0 defeat made it four declines in six Qualifiers.
Kevin De Bruyne set up targets for Romelu Lukaku, Thomas Vermaelen and Toby Alderweireld since Scotland were punished for poor defending.
