Were down to the last four men this week battling it out to be crowned the World Grand Prix champion. Chris Dobey faces Michael Van Gerwen at the second semi-final of the day and battled against Ian White. Dave Chisnall wholl see this as the perfect opportunity to eventually get his hands is taken on by glenn Durrant. He is currently playing some world class darts but Glenn Durrant appears to have this knack of winning tight games. It will be a great encounter.
They kick off us this day and whilst Duzza is enjoying some darts but I believe Chizzy will have too far for him. He is playing with a number of their darts of his life as of late and will ooze confidence coming to tonight. It might be a match but given Chizzys relentless 180 hitting, I think that the Chisnall Match Treble is well worth a play. He should conquer Duzza on the 180 count and although it a Small lottery together with the test outs he has fired in some ones and that he must tonight. ?? It ought to be a cracker and we can land a winner.??
Michael Van Gerwen v Chris Dobey is the evenings next semi-final. MVG played but again showed he could have edgy moments and he was given a run for his money by King. He came during the test, as he that is the firm favourite to continue and win the whole tournament, and usually does. Dobey was very impressive again and I could see him being a top instead of later. I think he hold his own and can give a match to Michael tonight. Can he do the unthinkable? I believe Van Gerwen is playing too well to lose on the best of seven sets, although you never know. Michael Van Gerwen to win 4-2 seems attractive in 4/1.??
